Every Tuesday - 6.30pm - 8.00pm (Zumba is on at 7.00pm)
We specialise in all aspects of slimming, providing health and nutrition advice to eat sensibly, lose weight slowly but efficiently and exercise regularly.
Diet plans are created and we offer exercise sessions for all levels of ability at every class.
All classes are run by qualified instructors with many years of experience in this field.
